Argentine Tango Classes

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday:
For continuing students who attend regularly- One class $20, two classes same night $30
For drop-in students who attend sporadically - $25/$35
​
Private classes are available for all levels.
MILONGAS & CLASS EVERY SATURDAY:
1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays - The world-famous EL ENCUENTRO
El Encuentro is the longest-running milonga in Southern California est. 1999.
Hosted by The Tango Room owners, Angel & Julie, the intimate atmosphere of El Encuentro makes you feel as though you've stepped back in time and into a club in Buenos Aires. During the winter class is at 8pm and milonga at 9pm. When we return to Pacific Daylight Time then class is at 9pm and milonga at 10pm.
Class & milonga $30, milonga alone $25. Prepaying the entry, guarantees you a seat and includes a lovely buffet, soft drinks/coffee and the all-important FREE PARKING!

2nd Saturday - TangoPLUS milonga
Hosted by Tomas Galvan & Gimena Herrera, TangoPLUS is a delightful, bohemian milonga with surprises. The PLUS comes from the fact that Tomas & Gimena present performers from other genres. They have presented flamenco dancers, break dancers, salsa dancers, belly dancers, samba dancers and more! But, of course, the main attraction is Tango!

4th Saturday - Milonga de Pipe
The new kid on the milonga block, Milonga de Pipe has already proven to be full of fun! From Chile, where he hosted his Milonga de Pipe for 11 years, Felipe Zarzar (Pipe) is joined by his partner, La Polaca Anna, she of the never-ending smile, to bring you a night of simply great dancing and super music because Pipe is the DJ! You are sure never to sit a tanda out.
